From 3 September to 30 November 2026 inclusive, provided that the selected route does not coincide with any route already booked.

Duration of Route Options Included in the Campaign

The campaign applies to routes ranging from 1 day and 0 nights to 5 days and 4 nights in duration. Please enquire if you wish to arrange a longer route.

What Is Included in the Selected Route

• 100% bilingual guide in English and Spanish.
• Welcome coffee, safety briefing and provision of equipment.
• Latest-generation Triumph Bonneville T100 motorcycle with fully comprehensive insurance cover (an excess applies, secured by a refundable deposit).
• Retro-style full-face helmet compliant with the latest EU approval standards.
• Cardo intercom with mesh connectivity.
• Universal anti-vibration smartphone handlebar mount.
• USB-C fast-charging and USB-A standard charging ports on the handlebars (cable not included).
• GIVI saddlebags for luggage.
• Accommodation in a single-occupancy room (or double room in the case of couples), with breakfast included, in a charming 4-star boutique hotel in the Andalusian countryside.
• Fuel for the entire route.
• 24-hour personalised assistance.
• The company’s public liability insurance in respect of any possible incidents.

Optional Extras

• Motorcycle jacket.
• Gloves.
• Cooling vest.
• Lunches (if added, they must be booked for every day of the route).
• Dinners (if added, they must be booked for every night of the route).
• Experiences/activities. Options may include, among others:
  • A visit to an olive mill to learn about the full extra virgin olive oil production process and take part in an olive oil tasting.
  • A visit to a traditional workshop producing authentic flamenco guitars, in order to see how they are made.
  • A visit to a breeding farm for bulls and horses, to learn about rearing, care and selection processes.
  • A visit to a local winery to learn about grape varieties and the winemaking process, and to enjoy a wine tasting.
  • A visit to a leather museum to learn about leatherworking processes and applications.
  • A visit to a cheese factory to taste its varieties and learn about its production.
  • A visit to a pottery workshop to learn about the production process and admire the handcrafted result.

Requirements and Conditions

• Motorcycle licence: Category A (without restrictions), plus an International Driving Permit (IDP) for licences issued outside the EU.
• Minimum experience level: intermediate, with at least 10 years of holding a motorcycle licence.
• Maximum number of riders: 5 / Maximum number of passengers: 5.
• Campaign booking period: from 29 June to 31 July inclusive. The offer may be extended or shortened without prior notice, and this shall not give rise to any claim by any website user, prospective customer or customer with an existing booking.
• Promotion travel period: from 3 September to 30 November 2026 inclusive.
• Booking deposit: 20%.
• Deadline for payment in full for the route: 30 days before the first day of the route.

Cancellation and Amendment Policy After Booking

• 10% of the total price of the booked route shall be non-refundable if cancellation is made 60 days or more before the first day of the route.
• 20% of the total price of the booked route shall be non-refundable if cancellation is made between 59 and 30 days before the first day of the route.
• 100% of the total price of the booked route shall be non-refundable if cancellation is made within 29 days before the first day of the route.
• The entire booking may be cancelled outside the above time limits without charge where a force majeure reason is duly evidenced, provided that supporting documentation is supplied and written notice is sent to kickstart@cinematicretrorides.com at least 15 days before the first day of the route. In all cases, any costs already committed to third-party suppliers shall be deducted. Cinematic Retro Rides reserves the right to validate the reason relied upon.
• The booking date may be changed to a new date within the campaign period at no additional cost, subject to availability, provided that written notice is sent to kickstart@cinematicretrorides.com at least 30 days before the first day of the route.
• The booking may be transferred to another named person, provided that written notice is sent to kickstart@cinematicretrorides.com at least 10 days before the first day of the route.
• The duration of the route originally booked may be extended, subject to availability, provided that written notice is sent to kickstart@cinematicretrorides.com at least 15 days before the first day of the route.
• Optional extras (including experiences, lunches and/or dinners, and additional equipment) must be selected either during the booking process or by written notice to kickstart@cinematicretrorides.com at least 30 days before the first day of the route, in order to check availability and make the necessary reservations.
