These notes bring together the practical details, guidance and insights you’ll need before joining any of our Scripts. From what to pack and how we ride, to insurance, bookings and preparations — it’s all here, written with the same care and transparency we bring to every kilometre on the road. Read through, take your time, and if anything remains unclear, just reach out — we’re here to keep the story rolling smoothly.
In the selected Script (tour), fill in the “Check availability” form with your preferred starting date, group size and pillions, plus your contact details. You will get a reply email with a tailored proposal for your dates (price, inclusions and any hireable Props if needed) and a secure payment link.
Once you confirm the proposal, place is confirmed once a 20% deposit is paid (you may also pay in full if you wish). Then you will receive an email with your booking confirmation. The balance is due 30 days before departure. No payment is taken through the “Check availability” form.
Cards (3‑D Secure), Apple Pay and Google Pay. Secure card checkout. If you need a company invoice, add your invoice details (company name, VAT number, address) at checkout.
Free cancellation up to 30 days before the tour; at 30 days the balance is due and, from that point, the deposit and balance become non-refundable. If we cancel for safety or weather, you can transfer your place to another available tour date, another eligible rider, or receive a full refund.
Prices include the motorcycle hire with comprehensive insurance (with an excess — see insurance info), equipment (helmet, intercom and smartphone mount), the experiences, accommodation (for multi-day tours), saddlebag (again for multi-day tours), all meals except dinner on the return day, non-alcoholic drinks, coffees, fuel, and post-ride motorcycle cleaning.
