These notes bring together the practical details, guidance and insights you’ll need before joining any of our Scripts. From what to pack and how we ride, to insurance, bookings and preparations. It’s all here, written with the same care and transparency we bring to every kilometre on the road. Read through, take your time, and if anything remains unclear, just reach out. We’re here to keep the story rolling smoothly.
Choose your Script (Tour), select an available date, add any add-ons to enhance the journey and any hire gear needed, and check out securely. A 20% deposit confirms your place and the balance is due 30 days before departure. Or pay in full when booking. You will receive a confirmation by email.
If you choose the all-inclusive option, select it when choosing your dates and submit the request. A tailored proposal and final price will be sent shortly by email. If approved, a secure checkout link will be provided to pay the 20% deposit and confirm your place. The balance is due 30 days before the tour starts.
Cards (3‑D Secure), Apple Pay and Google Pay. Secure card checkout. If you need a company invoice, add your invoice details (company name, VAT number, address) at checkout.
Free cancellation up to 30 days before the tour; at 30 days the balance is due and, from that point, the deposit and balance become non-refundable. If we cancel for safety or weather, you can transfer your place to another available tour date, another eligible rider, or receive a full refund.
Each tour is priced from a base price that covers fully bilingual English and Spanish guided ride, the Bonnie, accommodation, full face helmet, mesh intercom, smartphone mount, saddlebags (on multi day tours only), fuel and full insurance (with excess). This base price is designed to stay flexible, allowing riders to shape the experience by adding options at booking.
Meals, experiences and other add-ons are selected separately, so each tour can be tailored to preferences, travel style and budget. Once dates and options are agreed, a final price is confirmed before payment.
