Cinematic Retro Rides offers premium guided motorcycle tours in Andalusia for riders looking to explore the quieter, more authentic side of southern Spain. Based in Mijas, Málaga, the Scripts (tours) range from one to five days and combine scenic riding on paved inland country roads with white villages, mountain landscapes, rural settings and carefully selected stops along the way.
Each Script is fully guided and built around a measured riding rhythm rather than covering distance for its own sake. Routes avoid motorways, large towns, cities and busy coastal roads whenever possible, focusing instead on the country roads and landscapes that give inland Andalusia its distinctive character. Riding days typically cover around 180 to 250 kilometres, depending on the route, season and Script.
The five Scripts allow riders to choose the amount of time that best suits their trip to Andalusia. The one day "Teaser" offers a complete introduction to the Cinematic Retro Rides touring style, while the two day "Commercial" adds an overnight stay and allows the journey to develop beyond a single riding day.
The three day "Short Film" is the flagship Script, combining three days of guided riding with two nights in carefully selected accommodation. For riders wanting to explore further, the four day "Featurette" and five day "Feature Film" provide additional time to travel deeper into inland Andalusia while maintaining the same relaxed country road rhythm.
Rather than following a single rigid itinerary, each Script is shaped by its duration, dates and the options selected for the booking. This allows the journey to remain carefully organised while retaining enough flexibility for the roads, places and Experiences to work naturally together.
Multi day Scripts combine guided motorcycle touring with carefully selected accommodation chosen for its setting, character and connection with the places visited. A private single room, or double room for couples, and breakfast are included for each overnight stay, allowing each riding day to finish and begin comfortably without turning the journey into a conventional package tour.
The additional time offered by the two, three, four and five day Scripts makes it possible to travel further through inland Andalusia, linking different landscapes and areas without increasing the daily pace. The emphasis remains on enjoyable riding, natural pauses and enough time to appreciate the places encountered along the route.
Every guided Script is ridden on a current generation Triumph Bonneville T100. Its modern classic character, upright riding position, accessible seat height and smooth 900 cc twin make it particularly well suited to the winding paved roads and measured touring pace used throughout the Scripts.
Each motorcycle is provided with a full-face helmet, mesh intercom, vibration dampening smartphone mount and USB C and USB A charging connections. Fuel and full motorcycle insurance with excess are included throughout the tour, while multi day Scripts also include saddlebags for personal belongings.
The groups are deliberately kept small, with a maximum of six riders plus the guide. This allows the riding pace, stops and overall rhythm of the day to remain personal and manageable, particularly on the smaller roads and in the villages and countryside locations that form part of the journey.
Curated Experiences can be added to the riding days for those who want to explore more of Andalusia beyond the road itself. Depending on the dates and availability, these may include vineyards, olive oil producers, traditional artisans, heritage visits and other cultural or seasonal encounters connected with the areas travelled through.
Experiences are optional rather than compulsory parts of the base Script. Lunches at selected Andalusian restaurants, and dinners at hotel can also be added, allowing riders to decide how much gastronomy and local culture they want to incorporate into the journey.
An All-inclusive option is available for riders who prefer these elements to be brought together in advance. Motorcycle jackets and gloves can also be hired separately when required.
For riders or private groups looking for something beyond the established one to five day formats, a bespoke Script can also be considered according to dates, availability and requirements.

Each Script clearly sets out its duration, base inclusions and available additions. A 20% deposit confirms the booking and the remaining balance is due 30 days before departure.
